We have conducted a design audit for GE Appliances to reflect its design landscape. The understanding of itself allows GE Appliances to pursue actionable solutions and maintain its competitive edge.
Results
The insights of the audit come from the most valuable assets of a company -- its people. The visualization presents a combined man/year experiences of more than 300 years. The process has strengthened communications among various parties to built concensus on actionable solutions.
